@nick123 let me know how well that "action back" works - I'm thinking of ordering that modification on an Aero jacket myself sometime in the future but am curious if the design is actually effective in improving range of movement. Thanks!

As Handymike stated, they're definitely shoulder gussets rather than a full bi-swing/action back.
I'll report more when I have a shot to wear it.

I wonder, are prong-buckled side-adjusters like this available as an option on Aero jackets? Their standard friction buckles seem like they might be prone to slipping loose.
