Finds and Deals - Leather Jacket Edition

If they are fake they sure are pretty well done. That studded leather jacket I believe there’s a male and a female version. The website picture is of the female model.

Denim Jackets - New or Vintage

Ted De Grazia wearing double denim and engineers. Too cool!

Johnson leather Horween 6oz cxl overdye D-pocket and 4.5 -5oz CXL natural LeatherTogs project

This is going to be the thickest leather jacket ever made... that no one can wear for longer than 5 mins :) fun project though!

Clinch Jodhpur Boots Black overdyed Horsebutt CN Last Review

Pancho & Lefty or Clutch Café do stock some Clinch and might be able to help putting down a custom order.

Clinch Jodhpur Boots Black overdyed Horsebutt CN Last Review

Superb boots Robbie! That Horsebutt is surely thick as hell, the engineers I had were made in a Horsebutt which was nowhere near this thick. This confirms my idea that Clinch leathers needs to be discussed batch by batch as they vary a lot. Now... you really just need those engineers! ;)

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Can’t talk about comfort or practicality but if you swap the t-shirt with a plain white one (and untuck it!) I think you’d look pretty cool. Strong 80s/early 90s vibes!

Finds and Deals - Leather Jacket Edition

Were size 38/40 good wear ever made?! :) I swear I’ve never seen one that could fit me.

How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

That Schott is very nice wish it were part of the regular line up. After the d-pocket I think the thinner belt is what I like the most compared to the standard perfecto.

Footwear to go with our jackets

The belt thread that was started in the Outerwear section on Friday was a promising one. In a few hours it received several replies. It was moved over to General Attire on Friday evening and it’s been dormant ever since. As @Superfluous says above, most people land here because of the leather...

    Loungers' Pets

You are so right, I’m sure the kids would have lots of fun and make for some memorable moments plus I think it’d be instructive to learn about caring a pet since young age. Dogs are a lot of work but they give back 10 times more than they take away (you could say the same for kids too! lol). I’m...

    Loungers' Pets

Yep good one, dogs are truly the best. Growing up I was always afraid of dogs as I was assaulted by a German Shepard when I was three requiring several stitches to my face and that clearly left me shocked. When I was in my early twenties the dog of a friend of mine had a litter and I decided...

Belts to go with our jackets

Those Ace Western belts are really very intricate, not my style but I appreciate how difficult it must be to make one. Speaking of western style belts I’d love one of these from Fortela (squarzi) although seem a bit pricey and they always sell out in no time

Footwear to go with our jackets

Well done on your first pair of engineers! Others will follow ;) I use the ankle strap but not the top one. I could probably leave it on a more external hole and never undo it but I like a reasonably tight fit at the ankle.

Nope! You are not allowed to see it differently... he’s a dick plain and simple. Either you see it like that or you’re wrong and irrational. Are you still going to patronise LW?!

    Lost Worlds’ founder Stuart interviewed

Exactly! He’s an old grumpy man I think that’s it. :) No need to put him on a cross... not a fan of witch hunts either.

^i’m in the same thinking camp. If the product delivered is what it says on the tin and I like it, as long as we are not talking about financing some terrorist organisation or some convicted criminal, I couldn’t care less. I too tend to get judgemental sometimes too easily but I’m surprised...

Few people speak like that these days. I don’t think it’s necessarily a bad thing but it makes for an interesting ‘edgy’ read.
