Well. I changed the ribbon on my Hopkins, with a vintage boater ribbon, incidentally the ribbon came from the same department store back in the 40s.

A bit too small for me. They've definitely seen better days but they're structurally solid. Could use new insoles however. Not sure of the maker or the age, but seem to be pretty old. No size, but they feel like 10 1/2 to me, since I wear 11 1/2.

There's been posts about making homburgs into fedoras, but what about the other way around? Could you potentially take a fedora with a fairly stingy brim and turn it into a homburg?
