Ok I've made a couple things lately. I made "The Dress" Butterick 4790 in a red and white gingham with white bias tape. I liked the pattern but had to add about 2" to the back so it wasn't super tight and I had to take up the shoulders about 2" each so that the armholes were the right size. I...- TheSwingingBee

To dye or not to dye

Thinking about a tattoo, but is it what good girls did in the 1940's?
I have 3 tattoos, the first I got 4 years ago this month. I love all of mine, but every tattoo that I have has some meaning to me and I thought about each one for at least 6 months.
