That´s quite a naive thought :) Eastern europe is just like rest of the world - hatless. Even in big cities, there are nearly no places to buy a quiality hat, not to mention have one done. The situation is so alarming that I´ve already thought of starting such a bussiness. Who wouldn´t like to... -

I guess I explained it wrong. I was talking about the trimmings we can see on some designer clothes today, or whatever (I don´t have a clue, I just know that it really annoys me on the modern clothes). There´s nothing bad about them on vintage clothes!- donCarlos
