if mine, large pot, small amount of water, 30 seconds steam, yeh the whole crown in the pot, don't touch the edges, and push it all out, bowler like, then cool, then steam in a center dent, pinch. It needs a crown raise of 1cm. European hats dinnae take other creases as well. Wonderful hat. -
