I have no "Aver"sion to that hat. It is a stunner.
It is so hard to pick a favorite out of this parade Jeff, but I would go with the Cat's choice! Thanks for this, very enjoyable. In for the storm. Time to play catch up.

I didn't think a pork pie was for me either, but I needed this style. I am warming up to it. Such nice felt and construction, kind of a last hurrah before USA hats took a downturn. Not exactly a look I think I could pull off myself, but you embrace the stingy and it embraces you, Mike.
Thanks Stefan, it really makes me feel a little "regal" wearing it around campus. It does get some heads turning. It is an outstanding hat and you wear it so well, Mike.
Lovely color and brim Stefan. This one is a corker!Yesterdays' hat. Borsalino Averla. One of the finest finished felts I have.

Rainy day;carbon gray FED IV.
This cap is really nice looking Charlie. I wonder if the survival of these caps from the 1930 is rare due to their construction and casual everyday wear? This one appears to be a pristine example. Cool look!Capping off the week here under a 1930s Adam Royal...

A lot going on here, with an inside shot of the cap, Eric's socks, (albeit a bit more stretched than @Short Balding Guy) and Miles photo-bombing.

Not to flashback to the 60s, but I'm wishing for world PEACE today.
Spring is here for some of us in the northern regions. At least you can look forward to overcoats and felts!Chilly morning here... winter is coming

Peace is the hope for many of us this morning Eric. I also hope for spring to arrive for you in the wilds of Minn. The Gannon looks cool with the snow drifts on it.Good Saturday morning from Minnesota. Dog walk in the beginning of what is forecast to be large snowfall.
Gannon hat protecting my head this morning. Channeling Charlie's wish for more peace in the world.
Eric -
I can never see your pics through Tapatalk.I wear my black Doria 1905 hat.

I do like the corded TAR on that Champ Michael. Looks good with the brim up. Cool pattern on that coat.Blustery cold morning puts me back in winter clothes. But I'm going Champ Featherweight Kasmir Finish on top.

Hey man... those feathers aren't going anywhere near my fancy. I do have standards... low ones... but standards, nonetheless. They simply TICKLE your fancy, Matt. Feathers are good for that!
Although, that could get you into a whole new habit...
Shaping up quite nicely Richard. Love that liner tip. Beautiful color.Dalton
40s - early 50s Dalton from eBay a couple of weeks ago. These are after a bath and one of @bond replacement sweatbands. Will still have to find a new ribbon wore it this morning anyway
Ribbon came stitched together in a loop but must have shrunk a little when I washed it.

Great acquisition! Lovely color! Bummer about the ribbon giving up the ghost, but I look forward to seeing what you choose to replace it with.Dalton
