A Monsavias Cap did duty removing snow mid afternoon. More snow to come.

Ribbon came stitched together in a loop but must have shrunk a little when I washed it.

Great save, Richard. Try Etsy for some vintage ribbon, or are you going to send it out? Also, how did you bathe it?

Yes! Just unreal, Chuck!

Plum is such a wonderful color of trim with that shade of felt. And regardless of whether it really does anything, the Air-Vac cooling "system" is just such a nifty concept. Even if it doesn't noticibly cool, it doesn't have to, because it IS cool.

I do like the corded TAR on that Champ Michael. Looks good with the brim up. Cool pattern on that coat.
Thanks Red. I think this might be the first time I've tried it brim up. The coat is a Montgomery Ward that I was thinking was 70s, but I was looking in a 1958 catalog a week or two ago and they had identically proportioned coats in it. So I may be moving the date back.

Haven't had the concentration to comment on all of the fine hats you've been showing lately. But that Borsa Burg the other day was definitely the One Hat to Rule Them All. Being a historian I'm sure you can handle rewriting that into Elvish script.

Thanks,
Michael

Stellar lid Chuck!

Hey everyone!
I am honoring a master weaver in Ecuador whose name I don't know today by wearing his or her art in the form of this Optimo Superfino. Plus, it's a beautiful afternoon.
