The famous 'Lemon Drop' local eatery...onion burgers, fabulous 'old style' fries, lemon shake & of course a handful of lemon drops placed by the cash register. Good eats..!!

Not sure what to call what I made, except for really tasty.

I seasoned ground pork with salt, lemon pepper, garlic, basil, and parmesan, formed them into patties & cooked. Served on toasted hoagie rolls with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Tater tots on the side.

Lily gave it two thumbs up!

Fried chicken from Culvers. Pretty good. At least it's not the extra crispy crap that is the norm now.

A good friend stopped by with some pulled pork bbq, cheesy red potatoes, and fried cabbage. Washed it down with a few ice cold pbrs. Fantastic way to end a long weekend.

Carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting

Ham (hickory smoked, spiral cut)
Baked potatoes (bacon bits, sharp cheddar, butter, chives, sour cream)
Green salad with dressing on side
Steamed broccoli
Fresh pineapple
Black olives
Green fluff (pistachio pudding/pineapple/marshmallow stuff my dad makes)
Dinner rolls

Dessert was a fudge brownie trifle layered with fluffy vanilla cream and topped with dark chocolate shavings.

Too full to move now.
