Italian brands hats

I have just received word that two hats, originally sold in Rome by F.lli Segatori, have arrived to my office. Although I will not be able to examine them for a couple more weeks yet, I am hoping that someone may be able to identify who may have manufactured these hats from the pictures posted below.

I will post the hats I mentioned in the thread above shortly, but I have found a read oddity that I would like to share and ask about how. As you can see from the photos below, this hat may be one material or another. @Daniele Tanto and I have had a private conversation about the Albertini brand, both the original (very hard to find anymore) and the current brand, possibly made by the new Panizza at the Falcus factory. Anyone with thoughts on this current specimen?
