You had the same experience I had way back when. Dad and I would watch it every week.
The Walking Dead. Rick proves his point, is reunited with the long lost Morgan, and finally gets rid of evil Pete. But what of Glenn?
Glenn is hauling back the dumbass he should have shot instead. Pete played right into Rick’s hands by killing Reg. Interesting to see Morgan the new “all life is worthwhile” guy walk into the scene right when Rick is killing someone. lol lol
I generally like Glenn but almost punched the tv when he showed mercy to the guy that shot him and planned to leave him as zombie lunch! Bad move Glenn. Mercy to shmucks never ends well.
I was glad to finally see the return of Morgan.
Not sure what to make of his new Kung Fu / Caine mode of living. I laughed when Morgan took out those two wolf pack idiots. Again, showing mercy to people who do not deserve it is not a good policy.
Antiques Roadshow on APT from Birmingham, Al tonight.
No, jp. Tough ticket. Not sure they would be interested in my cowboy boots. I do have some antiques but most are only of value to me or those like me, damn few left.
Dang! That would have been cool if you took something and it was worth 500 grand.
You would never know because you would not have found me lurking around here anymore.
The Walking Dead
And?
I think we might want to think about invoking a "Jamespowers" rule for this thread: one must post, at minimum, a one sentence comment / observation / opinion about the show they are posting that they have watched.
For example, I love Touch of Evil's comments, but a lot of times he just lists what he watched, which, while technically what the thread's title is, doesn't bring as much value as I know is there. I, like James, often ask TOE for commentary on the show he posted - which is then always provided and is always interesting.
Thoughts?
I like it. The James Powers rule---elaborate damn it! lol lol
I just watched "War & Peace" (1956)
I have 10 pages to elaborate on the first scene.
Is that ok Mr. James Powers ?
