About a crazy nut who drives her poor husband nuts. As a friend of mine said---if that was my wife she would have disappeared in the desert a LONG time ago. lol lol

I can sometimes watch "I Love Lucy" for the time travel - the clothes, the sets, the social norms - and the Hollywood ones are great for the guest stars, but the average episode as story telling or entertainment doesn't work for me. Also, if for some momentary bout of insanity, I ever married her, I would have divorced her no matter the cost, time, effort or ignominy. Nothing could keep me tethered to that woman.

I agree, as well.

When I was much, much younger, I saw all of the episodes at least twice on WTBS in the morning before school. I really don't care for it at all, at this point. I can take a few minutes of it. I watched the Christmas special (in color) on Christmas eve and that was all right. However, my wife loves "I Love Lucy." Fortunately, we have multiple TV's. ...The Hallmark channel is even worse than Lucy.
