Only had it for a day so hard to say exactly but it feels and looks very similar from what I read it's pretty much the same but with more water resistance and the cognac is beautiful and looks very different depending on the light

Recently bought this vintage Avirex labeled A-2 second hand. Looks like the previous owner added the AVG patches. I really like the Flying Tigers patches, but I wanted to ask what people thought about the red pin up girl patch on the front. Would the jacket look better with the red patch removed? I keep thinking it would but want to gather some opinions first. Thanks!

Only worn it for 2 hours so far and already it's pretty supple and comfortable

The Flat Head SRJ-52K, deerskin cafe racer

Boots are The Flat Head x RJB (their sister brand) black shell cordovan monkey boots

Belt is black shell cordovan by J.Press

I'm stumped at how comfortable deerskin is. It's doesn't even feel like leather, more like a very comfy plushy blanket, despite the 1.3mm thickness.

1960s British Steerhide Black Single Rider. In theory the size should not fit me but seller has returns allowed so I decide to try it. And I was positively surprised as it fits quite well. Think silk lining and shoulder gussets do the job. It is very comfortable with only T- shirt . Bu I was surprised - I can wear it with thin blazer. The jacket is about 60 years old and it little bit stinks with sweat. Steerhide has a lot of patina and light distressing on sleeves. But it gives it unique character.
I have ordered ozone generator - will share my experience when I get it.
