Another J100 day. It's great for this Autumn days with some Summer remnants.

I do wish it had an inside pocket just to place sunglasses in it, I'm considering contacting Aero to see if they would do it and how much it would be.

Thanks Tom! I’ve lost 31lbs so your estimate is scarily accurate! I feel much better. Was pushing 220 this past year and it was a burden. I was on a year long dirty bulk fueled largely by black beer. I am blasting a glp1, eliminated all empty calories and have been pushing very hard in the weight room where I work. This is the best I’ve felt since the late 90’s!

I have never been able to do a decent job moderating my portions. I can eat 6 pork chops, a box of rice and a bag of broccoli, washed down by 4 pints without hesitation. My brain has never adjusted to no longer being an athlete so the glp1 helps tremendously with portion control. And beer tastes like a wine cooler now so I don’t even want it.

Congratulations. That’s no small achievement!

I can totally relate too. As somebody who was always deep into sports, I laughed at the notion that an athletic body is forged in the kitchen. Three years ago I hurt my spine and I couldn’t (still can’t) do any decent exercise anymore. After a miserable year, I changed my diet, relegated carbs to the weekend and abandoned all artificial sugar/hyper processed food.
I still love a beer or two though…

Thanks for the kind words mate and you are 100% correct, it's the same pattern(Thurston-bros calls it Memphis instead of MTC-1279720 but it's the same jacket).

Thank you! Some obscure Iron Heart cargo pants. Absurdly thick and heavy, heavier than 25oz denim. My tailor cursed me when she had to hem them.

Hahaha. My tailor is the opposite. He always marvels about the good quality of my denims. He’s from Syria and maintains that the clothing was of much better quality in his country.
The first times he always had me write down stores to purchase heavy denim or cotton pants, but that stopped on he saw the prices. He is about half my sizes otherwise I would have given him one of my little used pairs a long time ago.
