Flat Head Shinki horsehide type 2. Picked this up at Self-Edge for $500 off when I noticed a tear in the lining from the dumb, pointed metal hangers they use in their NYC store.

I really love the contrast stitching.

Awesome!

I have just rturned from yet another weekend trip to Obernai. Our favourite restaurant is closing in November due to retirement of the owners, but we shall be back in December anyway.
Hah turns out I live and work nearby! We have a restaurant in Fegersheim.

Lost Worlds Ryder, size 40 -- just purchased from Cheech, a Lounger and a gentleman. Unfortunately it's probably a catch and release, as it's slightly too small for me. You can expect a post in Classifieds soon -- will be looking for what I paid ($550, a bargain IMO -- super bummed that it doesn't quite fit me).

Got this wool chore coat from Le Labourer. A first i was fine with the sizing but now after several wears I'm thinking it's too large. I know this style can be a bit boxy and oversized but I feel like I should have sized down. Is it passable or should I pass it on? Outside of the return window and it's clearly been worn with the sleeve creases coming in.

The sleeves are OK, but the rest looks a bit too big for my liking. If you were to size down, I'm afraid the sleeves would be too short.

Totally works. The design is meant for layering. Enjoy it.

I found with the Le Labourer wool jackets If I sized so the sleeve length and the shoulders were a good fit then the body was too loose. If I got it so the body felt a good fit then when I lifted my arms the sleeves were halfway up my forearms. I think they only fit a certain body type and height well.

so around 6 months ago lady luck blessed me with a new Aero jacket, the 'Outlander'. Aero ran a competition on their instagram page, with the prize being a sample Outlander and yours truly won it. I know, I couldn't believe it either. But wait, it gets better........the jacket fits pretty much perfect, which was a long shot. A couple of other odd things to note. I worked on seasons 1&2 of the TV show Outlander. Furthermore I had been curious about sheepskin jackets for a while - although I never would have got around to buying one, it was an itch. Well Autumn is here and I am finally getting to wear this beauty in the real world.........my new favourite Aero jacket, what ya'll think?

I really like the Outlander. Once you put it into the real world, I think it looks so much better than the military sheepskins.
