What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

I exist in your head
Of all the jackets I've seen you wear during the period that I've been paying attention, this is by far the most visually striking. I'd have never guessed that a white leather jacket could look so sharp. Were it mine I'd leave it exactly like it is as any stripes or patches would immediately limit pairing choices. Very nice.

I agree. It looks superb, don't mess with it.

Wearing my own creation today… patterned after an old jacket that @ton312 gave me a couple years ago. I made some changes to the fit, added a few details, and built it from heavy waxed canvas since this is the first garment I’ve ever attempted. Got the fit dialed in and am ready to make one from a nice hide.
Wow. That looks great. Are we witnessing the birth of another TFL jacket maker? AerGuitar brand!!!

Thanks for the kind words! Ha, at this point I’m in the infant stages of making anything wearable. Only had the industrial machine for about a month. I’ve sewn a few custom leather motorcycle seat covers and have made several holsters, belts, and wallets, etc., but as far as patterning and clothing design, I’m a dummy. Just feeding my jacket obsession at the moment.

That looks excellent! the material is so substantial that it looks like leather. Who made it?

That’s super cool! I would not have guessed this was your first attempt at making a jacket!
