Love the metal flake helmet!! I built up a Harley Sportster for my dad about a decade ago when he got back into riding. I did a metal flake/candy paint scheme and it was the most fun I’ve had painting a bike.

The soak actually removed the flare at the bottom (which came from the previous owner using the belt quite tightly) and resolved my issues with the fit.

You were the voice of reason!

When I was just a teenager I was in the mall, in a Wilson's, early 1980s, and they had a black suede jacket on the rack covered in fringe. I put it on and glanced in the mirror and almost fell over. That was WAY, WAY too cool. LOL.
