Carhartt while on holiday in the Swiss alps.
It absolutely does, it's every bit as good as the top tier early 50s jackets. Better even because it has a beefy #10 YKK that will never fail.I was just thinking about that one the other day, how it actually still stands up to your later additions.
Looks great!Aero Natural Vic x Jl leathers custom horween burgundy cxl yoke with my first ever tin cloth pants and Mto Jack rabbit
Thanks brother I appreciate thatLooks great!
It really is!Leather looks superb!
Ha! Fine, that will be my final attempt to coin the above termNice jacket, but please refer to your snipping as “L’customized”.
Look forward to seeing more in the Sears MC thread. We have pictures of braided, but I don't think we have hands on comment? I believe these braided jackets were made by CSC and Roughwear.View attachment 593995

Braided Sears.
Broad shoulders and baggy sleeves. Just the way I like it. All them years spending time in the squat rack and weightlifting meet really pays off to fill up this bad boy.
Don’t skip your deadlifts and pull ups, fellas. The ladies always love a big back.

So far so good. I will be patient. Will do, Terry. I want to wear it a few more weeks to really solidify my opinions on this jacket. It was made by CSC btw.
But here are my thoughts:
- The pattern isn’t for everyone. It’s flattering if you have a certain body type.
- The steerhide is one of the nicest I’ve handled. The type that when you put your hand on it, you know that this shit is legit. The leather almost feels like horsehide tbh. Real smooth hand!
- Despite that, I think CSC did cheap out on certain areas on this one. There are 3 versions of this design from what I’ve gathered so this is strictly my opinions based solely on this version.
Give me some time!
I think you need a shearling jacket. Normal leather looks pretty uncomfortable. It would be too cold for me ;-)Out on my daily walk with the baby stroller. Hooch Hauler still EXCEEDING my expectations.
