Johnson Barneveld Remix (heavy) Goatskin, again...
Was taking a few photos before leaving this morning and decided to go with the goat. It was 4 Celcius this morning and the goat felt the warmest and easiest to wear of the three.

The love hate I have with this one. Probably my most evolved jacket. I've literally beaten it to break it in, I'd say 85% there. At least 10 shades of brown in various nooks and crannies. But the CXL isn't very forgiving on this paterrn. Probably need a size up or lose 10 pounds to be comfortable. No way I'd go through that break in journey again from scratch though. First world problems, I know. Might see this one on classifieds sooner or later. In the meantime, it gets quick wears here and there. And honestly, I can stare at this one just sitting on a hanger. If I ever opened a leather store, I'd have this one in a showroom on display.

For all the acknowledged comfort issues, it DOES look good!

The cxl looks really good on this one. But also it’s an example of Aero pattern issues rather than the wrong size I think. If you look at this picture and compare with your Lewis the neck hole of the aero is ridiculously small.

Fuzzy Ralph. The Sherpa on this one is fat. Love it.

I saw this jacket at the store the other day. And you’re right about the sherpa: thick, fat, and soft. It was like a return to what most jackets used to use as sherpa lining, not the cheaper thinner stuff around today. I wanted to try it on but they only had a small and XXL available. Glad you were able to get one!

It's a racer with an ornamental shirt collar :)

I think the main problem is they market the Sheene/Cafe Racer as being for V shape body type. While it's true the waist does taper, I think having broad shoulders causes problems with this jacket. It's a better fit for a lankier sort of body and obviously skinny waist. For this particular jacket, 6'0 175 lbs, 5'10 165, etc. not going to the gym too much, would fit amazing.

edit: and thanks to all for the compliments
