At one point they did offer it. I had a j106 with a snap on from Aero. I think ultimately Ken didn’t care for how they turned out? Not sure but it would be a great option to have.
Maybe Ken sees a removable collar as difficult to do properly. The collar on my Vanson Model E has eight snaps holding on it. I guess if the jacket got wet the collar would dry more slowly than the leather and wouldn't fit properly over time, maybe.

Most Schott Perfectos can fit mouton collar by default - I now actually have a jacket with one, massive-thanks to @Carlos840 - so I can't imagine it being such a big deal. Langlitz, too. LW can do it without much issue, as well.
Aero wouldn't do it even back then when I was ordering my first jacket. No big deal but it'd make a pretty cool addition to any jacket. Permanent furry collar sounds like more trouble than worth. I imagine it renders a jacket less wearable during warmer weather.

This showed up today. With a T-shirt on I can get it on, otherwise it's too tight (especially the arms) Photos & lighting do not do this dark cordovan justice at all...

It'll be back listed for sale farily soon.

This jacket is two sizes too small Randy. I know the feeling, I’ve been there. This is a seven right? The seven is in the premier range, a collared board racer I believe. I think the best fit for you in this range is a 46”, like the slim fit Riddley you had, which I believe was your best fitting jacket. Sell this one and source some cordo CXL for Dena to lengthen the sleeves on your bootlegger! That jacket also fits you perfectly just needs a bit more sleeve length!

All cool, jacket fits great, love the colors but I'll never get used to those wide trousers. It's like a slim person is connected to... Someone else's legs. XD

I have the same thoughts as @Monitor here Jake. You have an incongruous look if you ask me as you are wearing a slim fit cross zip jacket with wide leg trousers, and the contrast is too great. In my opinion, slimmer trousers would make a more harmonious outfit.

I love everything on their own though and I'm not trying to say these trousers should never be worn, but maybe just not with a slim fit jacket.

Looks and fit really great, congrats!

This is my 2nd go around trucker order and I finally figured out my best measurements so I've been getting the look/fit I want to get. It's something that's wearable all the time so it will be heavy on my rotation. Thank you.

Boring wjdywt sorry, im putting hrs on this during this rainy season here.

That getting a lot more color but it's still looking like it can stand on its own. Where do you source the hides that you get your jacket made from?

Buzz Rickson's B-2, size 34.

This model has 30oz wool lining, and the shell is "Seal Brown, Vegetable Tanning Bronco Hide Aniline Finished". Something about this jacket spoke to me when I saw it on ebay, so uh, now I have a new jacket! Fit feels really good, and I do like how warm it is.

You wear this jacket SO much better than I did! So glad it went to a great home and seeing the proper wear it deserves!

Thanks man! Can't help but feel grateful to wear this really, it's so nice and rugged at the same time. I'll take good care of the jacket and wear it a lot. I'll really work on breaking this in even better.

Thank you! You are correct, it's a black oxidized ykk zippers to be incognito and keep in the all black trucker look. This is the 2nd trucker I ordered from them and I had issues with pockets bulging out especially on the side profile so this time I set that issue straight.

Hadn't considered the pocket-bulge issue - good solution. Was thinking it was more to prevent losing your phone, pocketknife, or what have you - especially in cars with bucket seats (man I hate those).
