Thank you. Now I get your old review about the jacket even more. I hope you get your brown mulholland sometime soon. The mobility and range of motion of this pattern is phenomenal. I really want a black one for sure.

The caboose's shade of brown looks much richer than the vintage brown and the collar is just beautiful.
Thanks! Yes I prefer the leather on the Caboose, but as you said, the Mulholland is fantastic. It's a jacket that proves you don't need shoulder gussets to get a great range of movement.

The brown mulholland seems to have a pigment finish and there's some little squeak here and there but the caboose on photos seems to have no top coat and I'm imagining it's pretty smooth/squeak free. I cant imagine how they constructed the underarm gusset but it makes a big difference. Thanks for sharing your insight into that article.

View attachment 302722 I just got this suede Schott in the mail today. I believe it’s from the 80s, but I could be wrong. Bruce Willis wears this jacket in Pulp Fiction, which I admit is why I wanted it, ha!

Scrolling down pretty quickly I thought for a split second a young Tom Hanks joined the TFL!

Being one of my favorite movies I always loved that jacket Bruce Willis wore. Was it a Schott?

Hah, that’s the second time I’ve heard that since I’ve grown out my hair!

Yes, it was a Schott in the movie, model #327.

Loved pulp fiction. Absolute masterpiece but true romance was just sooo good. Val Kilmer as the invented ghost of Elvis living in the head of Clarence. Just all of it. Superb!

Hmmm... What do you mean, “invented”. Surely your not saying it didn’t actually happen, right...!?!

“True Romance”, the ultimate movie of those bygone days. What I would have given for a date with Patricia Arquette...
