Back to my “lucky” M-422 to ride out that hellacious storm that hit NYC. 50-70mph winds, torrential rain, waves tossing the vessel around like a toy! It was a very LONG day!
This jacket is a Willis&Geiger M-422 repro with super thick & grainy goatskin that repelled the wind-driven rain admirably and offered a bit of protection as we got bounced around like a cork.

Just picked up this Brooks CR from the ebay, and back from a quick ride with it. First Brooks I’ve worn. Based on measurements I thought it might be too big, but fits pretty much just like a CR should. It is just a bit stretched across the chest (not so much in looks but I can feel it), which is no problem leaning forward on the moto but might be for casual wear. So, I may or may not end up keeping it. But it really is a nice riding jacket.
