Nobody to take photos of me wearing any of my jackets anymore. Nobody to say "That one's even worse than the last one!". Nobody whose perpetually negative comments I couldn't wait to hear whenever I bought any new piece of wardrobe. Never a good jacket in 5 five years and I loved every second of it.

Damn you, life. Why give you'll just take it away?

Two that you actually kinda liked... Levi's and Hein Gericke. Not today but who cares.
Heartbreak Ivan heartbreak!!
At least you didn’t wait 25 years for the kids to leave home before you started with jackets. I know that doesn’t help man, but still.

Wish I got 25 years out of anything. Now I'm back to having nothing left and less chance at anything.

Sorry to hear that. What happened, if it's not indiscreet?

Nothing. Another sad love story. Literally nothing.

Sorry to hear it Ivan. Hopefully time will do it’s thing, but that doesn’t make it any less hard. Enjoy some pictures of sweet jackets, or maybe some time outside if the weather’s nice!

With two Vanson on order, though I better break in my lesser worn ones, so rode to work in my chopper jacket. Now wearing that jacket in my office, hoping every little bit helps in the break-in process. Can’t believe I’ve had it for so many years and it still squeaks and creaks like it’s brand new, which it almost is ...

Do not despair. Sometimes this happens to understand something important. Maybe after some time your relationship will be even stronger

I have little bamboo forest along the riverbank behind my house, and they squeak and creak alot on windy days i think from brushing against each other, isnt it the same with leather? Perhaps when leather surface is smooth and dry it squeak when brushing each other like fingernails on glass, waxier or more grainy leather probably wont squeak as much. Just my theory
