Yes. I just shipped back a brown cxl fit jacket to TB. Quite lovely. This is right there in the same league. No question.

I've had a Vanson made in Octagon. With CX, seriously the nicest brown hide I've handled. So rich in color. Honestly, much nicer looking than the regular black Comp. weight.

I agree. Sometimes brushed aside in favor of Competition Weight and Z hides (which I do like quite a bit) by folks looking at Vanson. IMO the X-150 and Octagon show much more character. Though if riding, you’d be hard pressed to argue anything is better than CW. Equal maybe, never better.

I've always hated the look of leather waistcoats but that one is cool. Perhaps because it looks like a 1940's utility jacket with missing sleeves.
