I patched my Carhartt Detroit for $10 and thru it in the wash on super hot and dried it. It's far from necessary as it's 85 degress in Chicago and I won't likely be wearing this for 2 months. For some reason I'm more interested in my cheaper, often ill fitting jackets lately. The TFL effect may have left me.

The fit looks good! I like the trimmer cut to the jacket. Carhartts are usually baggy. I always go down a size otherwise I'm swimming in them.

At least we had those few days in the 50s and 60s last week. It made me ready for fall as I had to pull out a hoodie when I took my dog on a late walk.

Is it time we start a Chicago support group? I get glares from my better half every time something new comes in the mail. I've already taken most of the coat closet, the guest room closet, and half of my side of closet with just coats/jackets. And let's not forget what's in the basement.

This is a seriously amazing jacket. I'm this close to emailing Aero about it.

Definitely looks better than before! It's a perfect fitting Detroit and as much as I love that jacket, that's near impossible to achieve. They don't look good even on promo shots. Yours look tailored. Keeper!

This is a cool jacket. Star Wars nerd alert - the patch above the zipper pocket looks like it's ready for a rebel officer's rank plaque or something, which adds to the cool factor (for me, anyway. I know, sad, ain't it?).
