Pouring rain today so it’s the vintage Burberry trench.....probably a size too big but was an eBay purchase a while ago and I couldn’t be bothered sending it back overseas to return it.

Yeah, I did get a little carried away. I keep looking for some to pass on. Was considering moving this one as it sits well above my belt in front when zipped but, this Shinki leather is really nice, and can always wear it unzipped.

I think it fits you great in the photo you just posted , if it fit me that well I wouldn’t have sold it to you, I actually tried to get SB to remake this for me they unfortunately don’t offer Shinki anymore

Yeah it does look a little on the short side zipped up if your like me it will probably keep bugging you, I have to agree that leather is great wish they still offered it

That is such a beautiful jacket T. Really a treasured piece of history too. Who was Ralphs-Pugh of San Francisco? I was talking with Allan at JL Tuesday about some really obscure San Francisco leather company that he said no one had ever heard of. No one accept for you of course. Very cool.

I will do a special on the Ralphs-Pugh jacket, it is interesting. I don't really have any information on the company other than they go back to he 30s in San Francisco. This jacket is late 40s.
