Well, I'd play with one of them and some hot water. Just me, if you're careful, you can't really hose it. I've read guys washing in hot water and then sticking it in the dryer on high and were shocked - SHOCKED - that it shrunk a lot LOL
I've never had bad results. Just use some common sense.

I'll have to look into it more. I've never done a hot water treatment. Is it just dipping in hot water and then letting air dry to see how much shrinkage you get? Or is there longer term soaking? Or are we talking boiling and running in the dryer on high for a weekend <JK>
