Great fit! What's your chest size and the jacket size out of interest?
Thanks :) Got lucky with it. I'm a 42.5" chest, 34" waist, 5'10 170 lb. This jacket is an off the rack 42. As far as I know, the Model B pattern hasn't changed over the years, but I could be wrong. Per Vanson's website, the pattern has 6.5" of chest ease.

Leather jacket #2. Basic cafe racer that I just finished on Friday. This hide is a black 3oz veg tan with a light brown core that my local leather supplier had on closeout. I bought the only 3 sides they had to give it a try. Felt like wearing a cardboard box right out of the gate, but I hit it with a spray bottle and went for a walk around the neighborhood pushing a stroller. Check out the sleeves after about 3 hours of wear.. I’m bummed that I can’t get anymore of the hide. It smells soooo good and I think it’s gonna look great in a couple months.

I don´t think that´s going to be an issue.

We tend to have our coffees indoors. It´s a European thing...
Indeed it is! can't really remember the last time when I had a coffee on the go :p one at home in the morning, "a few" while at work, one after lunch and one after dinner, easy ;)

Love the Schott btw, wrong thread but I really liked the more "scaled down" jacket without the "bling bling" :D also fit you great mate!

Cheers!

Thanks much.

Coffee - another great topic. Love my coffee in the morning. Freshly ground beans and manually filtered through a porcelain filter. Full disclosure: I DO have one on the commute in my car too...

Thanks, my stitching is coming along, but I’m still struggling with the bottom hem and sleeve cuff topstitching. Lots of bumps and folds to get over smoothly while holding a straight line/avoiding skipped stitches.. it’s getting better, but still needs work. Hopefully, I’ll get there someday!

Very Impressive! I just viewed the images and thought what a clean design and perfect fit, then reading the text I realized you actually constructed this gem! Really like it -and the hides appear to be of desirable quality - a winning look in my book!

Lewis Leathers Super Monza in cowhide. I ordered this around the same time I ordered my Super Sportsman and I definitely do not need both. I may list this or just let it grow on me.

I prefer the straight zip, but they both look fantastic. What was the wait time to get these, or does LL have off the rack options?

Great and coffee-friendly outfit :). Cool pants too.

I wanted to write that I could not decide whether I´d prefer the B6 or the D1, but the case is settled; I really need a B6 at some point in my life...
I prefer the hand warmer pockets without zippers of the b6 and delete of the furry wind flap. Looks better open.
