How many suits do you own?

Also, imagine yourself a current fashion follower with some cash, in the upper circles of society. Clothes come and go with the seasons. Can't possibly wear last season's stuff! Really, he was ahead of his time! Sent from my GT-I9195 using Tapatalk

I agree FF. Maybe that gentleman saw clothes as a function rather than a passion. Keeping up appearances and staying in with the 'it' crowd. Sent from my GT-I9195 using Tapatalk

Very nice indeed RS. You're getting to find some really old ones now - you've got the eye! I especially like the first one. Sent from my GT-I9195 using Tapatalk

I've got an overcoat with the 19th label from 1951. So probably that modernist 1950s label came in after that. Lovely suit whenever it's from Fastuni. A nice, no-fuss piece. I'd wear it in a heartbeat. Sent from my GT-I9195 using Tapatalk

    Hair cuts

I don't think Anton Walbrook ever looked bad. His moustache was always great too. Nothing ostentatious, and decidedly handsome. His haircut is basically what I've got, achieved with Dax (blue tin, can't remember the name). Just a small amount on my palm works just fine). I have a slight wave...

Chester Cordite - anyone had experience with them?

Yes indeed! I guess they can be a niche style though. Sent from my GT-I9195 using Tapatalk

Haha I thought you might like it. It hadn't occurred to me that it was going for a lucky motif. Even better! Sent from my GT-I9195 using Tapatalk

That's lovely Freddie. I like those grown-on waists with a split seam. I think I prefer them to fishtail to be honest. Have the trouser legs been tapered down though? Sent from my GT-I9195 using Tapatalk

Tootal scarf, I think pretty old judging by the label. It's my second Tootal scarf so far, other than a plain white one.

A nice scarf that came from Australia. I didn't notice until i bought it that actually they're horseshoes on the pattern, mixed with Paisley. I really love the colours though.

    Spear point collar shirts

That's damned nice. Well done! You have considerable skill to keep turning them out at such high quality. Any that go wrong you can send them along to me ;) For some reason Darcy call their tall and square collar a 'Casual'. Not entirely sure why...

    Spear point collar shirts

Ah! Very good. Just a quick question - do you wear soft detachable collars for simply stylistic reasons, or is there a practical advantage? I enjoy wearing them myself, but find the extra washing a bit of a chore.
