Odd label position then really. The weave is similar to this deadstock rayon tie I got from Australia, alongside some other similar ones. I assume it's 1940s going by the length and fairly wide blade.
No labels other than 'All Rayon'.
Wow. That tie is amazing. I've never seen one like it! An interesting weave for silk, and the colours are fantastic! A new dream tie!
Is there reinforced stitching around the neck? Either way, it seems pretty old to me.

It reminds me of one I have. British, and I assume 1930s. No label, but certainly silk. Has a similarly distinctive weave, and colour scheme:
Here is the Silk and Rayon one, made in Macclesfield, where all the good silk came from. I always thought Rayon was used instead of silk, but here we have them combined. It perhaps makes it more washable or something. It's pretty short, even for a vintage scarf. 1940s maybe?
