I did forget I have one 1920's Dutch clock, and the Howard Millers probably have German movements. I do believe the rest is made here, though. That's why most of my stuff is American made, too. It was all made 40 or more years ago, when American made was equal to made with pride and quality.- AtomicEraTom

That's kind of what happened for me, too. I like to dress nice for the right occasion, but the right occasion seldom arises. I tried to be fairly casual, and just do a sport jacket/open collar shirt/slacks/cowboy boots thing for a wedding last weekend and I was STILL overdressed compared to 90%...- AtomicEraTom

Things You Learn as an Old Car Driver
Well, it was a Colony Park. A tree fell on it, still only took a 300 dollar loss on it when I sold it lol The guy offered me a second one for next to nothing, when I bought the 90, it was an 86, with a bad fuel pump. I wanted to take it, but I lived at home and Dad said NO.- AtomicEraTom

Why the 1920s-1940s?
Absolutely, no era is perfect, and I don't look at any era through rose-colored glasses. Not to mention you had the Korean War in there, too. Also, I know every dirty perverted thing that goes on today, went on then, as well. The only difference is, airing all that dirty laundry was frowned...- AtomicEraTom

Why the 1920s-1940s?
I guess I'm a little off from the majority, I guess. While, I love the 20's through the 40's, my favorite point in history is 1946-1964. America was great, we were prosperous. TV was good, radio was good, society was still decent and moral. I wish I could live then, perpetually lol- AtomicEraTom
