    It's so subtle that you'd need to draw a circle around it for me to see where it is. Try taking a toothbrush and some mild detergent. Wet the brush bristles and gently scrub it out. Take care not to scrub too hard.

    That's about as thick as my heaviest belt, which is 17oz., or about 0.25" thick. I can't imagine a jacket that thick being flexible enough to move in.
