Indeed a Roughwear jacket. Even has the two way pocket label. I owned a Bormcolt jacket years back, I will have to find the pictures to see if it was an RW. A bit overpriced!
The zipper date is August 1939. An impressive first post indeed! Yes, I saw this jacket and wanted it myself. Looks like a West Coast jacket. Someone here should identify the maker.

Another, in the long lineage of Roughwear Clothing. They used this chassis for years, just moved things around a bit. It is a jacket you would find in a thrift store. You don't pay much so you just wear it. I would like to polish it up a bit. I will post some pics in the V outer wear...
Mid 40s Los Angeles Sportogs. Very nice light weight leather. I've seen these in different leathers. This jacket has no labels. Very comfortable jacket with a sharp military look.
