We'll have a big gathering out at my Mama's for breakfast on Christmas. We usually have country ham, fresh pork link sausage, eggs, and grits and biscuits. It's a simple meal but oh so good;)

Nah..I'm laying off the "backa" for the time being. I quit smoking two years ago, and I'm just not ready yet. Someday maybe I'll take a cruise or something and enjoy a nice cigar...someday:)

Go down to get paper
Read paper and eat Cheerios
Get dressed sometimes later...I'm retired:)
I ruined a brand new hat once trying to shrink it and to change the bash. I figured I could leave it out in the rain, then bring it in to shape and dry. The next day it would'nt even fit my pug lol
That's right....there are at least 5 distinct native accents in NC. It really all depends on what region you're from. I'm a Raleigh native and speak a more middle of the road or "Piedmont" accent. I love to guess where folks are from here just by hearing them speak.
