Good god man this is making me want one im going to hold off and see if i find a jacket on japan trip

Every jacket afficionado needs at least one G-1 and one A-2...:).

In Japan, I´d check on the Real McCoys classics for sure (J-24 and J-100) as they still seem to be half of what they make you pay over here.

Thank you. It´s semi-aniline. The leather feels similar to the Real McCoys shinki, but the topcoat appears somewhat less tough. This is just a very initial impression, of course.
Same leather as my Innovator. I really like the character of this leather and my jacket is comfortable.

This is the time of the year when my Cockpit-made cloth A-2 replica comes in handy. Found in near-new condition on ebay for stupid cheap. As a caution, IDK if the fabric used in making these jackets was pre-shrunk or not. I'm assuming "Not" so laundering in cold water and line-drying. Other folks might order a size "UP" and throw the thing in the dryer. Good luck.

Finally jacket weather, kicking it off with my Aero J100 in Badalassi. I've always been against Badalassi panicking about the squeaking, which is absolutely disgusting while you're in the elevator, but once you're actually moving or you're at the pub enjoying a beer? You don't hear a sound.

I've struggled picking a jacket to wear today, which I guess it means I have too many now. First world problems.

Vanson Raid after a day's motorcycling.
Cool start, 18C top.
Strong seabreeze ahead of tonight's rain front. Hence this jacket choice.
It's 100% a cool day choice.
Airing aferwards in my Calistemon bottlebrush tree.
The parrots have been at the flowers in flocks lately. Rainbow Lorikeets.
