Thanks a lot! The leather is much stiffer (certainly not heavier) than all other Addicts I’ve handled so far. Something about this one just feels right for me.

It looks great on you. The fit is perfect I really like all of Addict’s stuff. I have the Tri-Jacket from Butterscotch LB and I love it.

You Are right, it is red. The orange color you describe is from early batch of Octagon.

Damn, I asked them about a red jacket just the other day! I was thinking to ask for the red zirconian they use on the Italia jacket.. but if the octagon is red now that'd be a no brainer!

This is Tobacco. It's darkened significantly since I've had it. Beautiful.

I did not buy from Vanson, according to serial number that starts with 80 it should be a recent (4-5 years ago) batches.

Black hide only used where you see it underneath the side straps and then the sleeve gussets. It is a nice jacket for sure.

One of my very favorite jackets today. Unfortunately, getting the real color in photographs is very difficult with this one as there are some cool undertones.

The jacket is a bit darker than this.

Ralph Lauren Vintage 30's style flight jacket. Sort of 37j1-ish:

the external material is a lightweight corded-cotton, sort of N-1 Deck Jacket material but not a thick.
