Congrats, really nice jacket. Is it oil tanned Shinki HH or their black deerskin?...it looks more like their Shinki HH. I would be curious how their deerskin is compared to other makers (FW, LW, Thedi, etc.).

You have a keen eye: It is indeed the Shinki HH (the Pigment finish, not the oiled one). The deerskin Looks brilliant too, but I never had a shinki-jacket, so I wanted to cross that off my list. Glad I did, too. Just a Wonderful hand and such a lovely smell! The jacket is a stock size 42, so I am really pleased how this turned out.

BTW: There is a ready-to-ship Ni****ing in black deerskin on Himel´s Webpage (Not that YOU would need another great jacket...). Its marked size 44, but measurements are very close to mine. Seems to be really short in the body, though. Just saying...

edit: aero chips black cxl hh. Ordered tumbled pretty sure this is plain. Totally different compared to my other black cxl that is tumbled. Or just different batch. Either way I love it.

may need to get a chips in badalassi tobacco with brass ...
