Can't wait!

I didn't pull the trigger in time and someone else bought it. I was getting mixed signals from my wife and thought better of it. Kinda bummed ... it was an O'Farrell.

Thanks Charlie for the support.
I'll try to do my best in the weekend
I like this, new to me, Werner Hilton

Another lustre black Peschel for Oviatt's....another super hat
Alan thank you for the "support" but mainly for this "magnificenza"

Borsalino today
hands down the best modern production hat I own.

Anthony I like the combo felt color and ribbon
About Borsalino quality, as you know, there are so much hoaxes and bad choices
I'm glad you give your clear opinion. Thanks

Cool hat, cool clothes...but the photo itself is awesome too!

Hey Matt is that the jacket painted by your dad??

It is indeed, Chamuco!

It never fails to make me happy when I think about the time and effort he put in to supporting his wacky kid's Grateful Dead obsession. He must have thought I was nuts (if so, he was probably right). He has always been a very kind man who never discouraged me from chasing my bliss. I'm a lucky son. :)

Hey all!
A heartfelt thanks to all who served, are serving, or plan to serve our country. Today, a very special Tiger. According to info on the Keith Brothers from The Professor, this hat stands a good chance of having been made during the First World War, or perhaps even by a veteran returning to civilian life after coming home from that terrible conflict.

Keith Brothers "The Tiger Special" with a Vietnam era pea coat.

Label on the pea coat

Have a great day!
I still have my Dad's peacoat. He started his stint in the Navy in 1948.

Only the ribbon is black in the Borsalino :)

It is a grey (palladio) felt with short hair finish
Different light to show the felt shades
