Hi

I can't quite get behind spending large amounts of money for burning... The following cigars are what I've found that are both inexpensive, but pretty good:

Montesino Natural Wrapper, the ring says No. 3 but I can't find those online?
Quorum Shade, Natural Wrapper, Churchill.
Flor de Oliva Corojo, Churchill
A. J. Fernandez Cigars, both Habano and Connecticut wrappers, I can't find these on their website, but I've been buying very slim ones, it must be 44 ring size.
Gurkha, Churchill sized with a shiny gold ring that says "Gurkha" and nothing else.

These are all decent smooth, and decently priced (under $7) cigars, except for the Gurkha. They are all at least 44 ring sized.

I also like the Casa Magna cigars, but they have become a bit stout.

Later y'all

Understood. I was a little flush last year when Holt's had an "event" with the Garcia family and at 20% off I bought a box. Never regretted the purchase as I only smoke one every few months. My humidor has it's share of good inexpensive cigars. El Cubano out of league city Texas offers a great product at a very reasonable price and the Holt's bundle "Little Havana"is a real nice every day smoke. However sometimes the time is right for a special session and when that time arrives there is nothing like a truly excellent smoke.

A. Fuente Gran Reserva. It's a tasty Churchill. Dang expensive though!! It's the first time I've bought and smoked anything over $11.00 unless it was two packs of cigarettes back when I smoked them!

That does seem kinda high, I got the Gran Resrva Canones for 9 and it was big. You are picking some nice ones.

I thought it was kinda' high, but I wasn't going to argue with the guy at the shop at the moment... especially since it was the closest one to me. Gotta save gas money so I can buy some good cigars!
