Had my first smoke in my new bent briar tonight to begin the break in process. Very pleasant.
That looks like quite a plug of a cigar. What is the ring gauge?
62. It took a while to put away.
That is a HUGE ring gauge. I bet it was a good hour's worth.
Froze my ass off, but it was worth it. Accompanied by a nice dram of Longmorn 15.
I love my Missouri Meerschaums, really nice pipe and I only paid like 4 bucks for it
James, I just dunno if I can go that far lol
Took my bent briar out into the garage last night for another break in session. Colder than crud out there and slowly getting the hang of keeping it tamped right and lit.
James, I just dunno if I can go that far lol
You'll get the hang of it, but it will still go out. You will have to re-light, that's just pipe smoking. One of the joys of the ritual.
BTW, I'm at the ranch smoking something...let's see...Illusione CG4. And a cold Shiner.
I'm seriously considering it just for the historical relevance if nothing else.
And certainly the uniqueness. You won't see another guy smoking one any time soon.
True that!
Ramon Allones Superiores. The smoke shop I most frequent at night is closing down end of this month, so it was time to pack up and move.
