That new dark brown is really great stuff. Very substantial hide, rich color and a very soft hand.

That is the color of my Ike. It is a nice brown and like Ton said, substantial yet supple.

Our first recommendation for a mid-weight would be Seal Vicenza, but I think you have that one already ! Battered Seal FQHH or the Battered Brown Steerhide would be two other interesting mid-weight options. Of the these two leathers, the Steer is a little lighter and much softer.

This one (the BoB version) is my next jacket. I plan on wearing my RAF sweater with it.. so I'm guessing that I'll go up a size on the jacket. I'm saving up and my hope is to have it in time for a trip to the UK (and return crossing on the QM2) next year.
