The Bainbridge is a medium weight leather that has a beautiful shine and a crazy amount of pull-up effect! A good deal of character and grain comes out in sewing up the jacket, but it will acquire more as the jacket breaks in and shapes to your body. It doesn't have a physical break-in the way CXL does...it is fairly pliable right from the start (closer to Badalassi and Vicenza in flexibility).
