These are the Flat Head SKB-105E Self Edge Engineer Boots in black. Made of a natural pull-up Chromexcel leather, the amount of natural oil in this leather is unreal due to the aniline dyeing process the leather goes through. This run was custom made for Flat Head so that the boot will show a little extra wear and character from even occasional wear. These will look wild once broken in — deep patina, rich color shifts, and that classic Chromexcel glow.

These are built the right way — heavy, substantial, and made to develop real personality over time.
Condition Notes:
These are used and show light, normal wear consistent with occasional wear. The leather has some natural creasing and the beginning of character, but no major scuffs, damage, or sole wear. Still in very good overall condition. See photos for exact condition.
Sizing:
These are made in US shoe sizing. We find these run 1 size bigger compared to Brannock device sizing, which means they run about half a size bigger compared to sizing from Alden, John Lofgren, and Red Wing.
We recommend sizing down half to a full size from your usual size depending on how much room you like in your boots. If this is your first pair of high-end boots and you’re generally wearing sneakers, we suggest going down a full size from your smallest sneaker size.
Example: If you wear a 10 in Nike/Converse/Adidas, try a size 9 in these boots.
