I'm currently looking to replace the buckle of my pair of engineer boots, and i've been looking online for this type of buckle where it's rectangular, flat, and has a roller.

I can't seem to find anything similar online from typical leather hardware stores. Does anyone have any idea where to find them, preferably in antiqued brass? Thank you

You can also try www.weaverleathersupply.com and tandyleather.com/collections/buckles. They both have large inventories of roller buckles and many types of hardware, snaps, rivets and much more.

Your best option is FUKUROKUJU from japan, he made excellent vintage repro buckles.
