I have three Californian jackets from ELMC, and I always get compliments on them. They are clearly easy-wearing and go with everything. The quality is top-notch. For me, the only thing that would surpass a Californian from ELMC would be a Hercules from Rainbow Country.

There are sometimes differences between the Californian jackets. For example, I find my Havana heavier and more wrinkled, and it feels more solid compared to my black Californian, which is lighter and has smoother leather. But i LOVE them both

Hi folks,

A store - not exactly nearby, but still within reach - has the Eastman ELMC Horsehide California Highway in black and in various sizes for trying on. I’m not familiar with Eastman. Does anyone have experience with their leather jackets? Are they on the same level as Aero or Thedi....others?

I’d really appreciate if someone could share a photo and their firsthand experience, especially regarding the pattern and the stiffness of the horsehide. These jackets are priced around $1,200–1,300. Are they worth the money?

Thanks and best regards,
Roman

If you don't mind me asking, which store is this?? I live in the US and would love to find a new Eastman for $1300...

Is this for sale? Also, how long are the sleeves? Thanks.
Hi, I sold it a few months ago, but check the classifieds here, I think I saw it for sale recently and there’s other ELMC as well.
I have a Thedi Markos for sale if interested as well as a couple of Aeros.
