I'm a big fan of Oni. Their 20oz denim is amazing. How they get something that substantial without it having the usual cardboard texture, I have no idea. I've got three pairs of Oni's, and they match Studio D'Artisan in my Japanese denim enthusiasm, though I would say they are little less creative in their designs.

The pair pictured below, Oni 20 ounce secret denim in their 288 regular straight fit, is currently my most often worn pair of jeans. It's a heavyweight denim, but loose weave, so it's been wearable in both summer and winter.

Oni are pretty well made and use interesting fabrics. I tend to stick to the one wash versions where most of the shrinkage has occurred rather than the unwashed. Always pay attention to the actual measurements for each release; don't just buy the tagged size that fit before because different fabrics will shrink differently.

Great choice! I have a pair of the concrete but would love to get a pair of the asphalt too! Looking forward to hearing your opinion of them once you get them and try them on!

Nice looking denim, 20oz not sure I'd get away with that in Madrid, maybe the couple of months of cooler weather we have
I consider these 20oz secret denim jeans to be wearable year-round., even in summertime.

As mentioned above they are extremely soft considering the weight, and wear more like sweatpants than jeans. I have a pair of 21oz Samurais that feel more substantial and what you would expect from this kind of fabric.

Yeah that's the thing! Considering the weight I think this jeans are the best option to be wear in all kind of weathers and wearable year round and to be honest we all end wearing the most comfortable thing, so I think this could be a great option for that
