As i watched the recent thread of a new members j23 i smiled knowing that i had also just received mine.

26 sleeves
25.5 back
Flight rayon lining. Crown main, as well as crown package on pockets an sleeves. The two pockets on rear (i guess for a passenger) are soft suede / moleskin. D pocket is leather lined inside. The leather is awsome with a soft hand and immediate grain, in 4 oz hh.
Brown mouton for me an belt also.

No they come standard.
The j23 based on vintage design is 23.5 pit2pit for a 46.
My 44s that are not mc j ars 23.5 also.
The 44 j23 is 22.5 pit

Wow Crown Zips all thru. Is it just the talons that the main zipper pins pull. I've never seen anybody with a LW with crowns complain about the pin pulling out

Yea its the talons that have felled.
The crown main is 250
The rest of the package +280

Upcharge for custom chest measurement? My 44” measured in right at 24”. The used I bought from aero fan was 23.5” and also a 44”.

No he didn't upcharge for chest measurement.
I thought aero fans j23 44 was 22.5 there are measurements on one of his post.
Dont know if stu revised pattern but now a 44 is 22.5 in chest, and a 46 is 23.5 is what he told me. I ask would he do 23 an at first he said no go, but he later obliged

The zippers were the only upcharge. The crowns are expensive but they won't fail.

There are other zipper options that aren't upcharge that are good. The talon 10 kris b got is one. Or you could send him your own zipper. To me the crown is awsome an worth it, once he runs out they are gone, period. I wonder how many more of these he has. They really are awsome zippers, man are they cool, and high quality.
