Seems to be a very old model based on its tag (80s?), I think it won't even have a serial number anywhere on it:

For slow riding on the Bonneville (2001 with carbs)
You know I noticed in some recent time your Green Bonneville====my 2001 still has the original red and silver--I actually hate those colors but most folks think it looks good. More important the paint on this 2001 is much like these jackets we revere. I don't generally cover the bike--truth---so it gets rained on, last winter it got snowed on----bit of once a season once over on the chrome, bit of touch up paint (those paint pens from autozone) and it's good to go.
I have this coat, albeit with quilted lining:

Different style than what is typically seen here on the forum, but if you're on the fence about deerskin this is a lot of jacket for the money.
Leather thickness is comparable to goat that I have, so thinner than say CXL HH or SH (that hasn't been skivved). Sort of a spongy feel. Decent heft, clocks in at around four pounds. Incredible drape. Deerskin to me sort of has a luxurious feeling, but that's completely subjective. Besides this coat I also have three deerskin vests, two traditional leather and one roughout. So yeah, I'm definitely a fan of deerskin. How is the leather on this? Also, how tall are you? I might snag it

I'm 5'9" (175cm).
Because I clicked on the link and have looked at the listing, the seller sent me an offer yesterday for $85.
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. I rebuilt my wardrobe over the past few years and went down the selvedge denim rabbit hole. I went a little crazy importing stuff from Japan before the $800 de minimis was eliminated. I've worn that coat with denim, duck canvas, and twill, the latter being ONI 777-BRD. I guess those would be closest to chinos. The denim pants in that particular picture are Studio D'Artisan D1830 Kakishibu Denim Hickory.I got the same offer. I might grab it for $85 if I can figure out how to wear it. Does it work with denim and chinos?
