I just got the final quote for the 'Toni-Jacket'.
500+60 for modifications+90(!) for shipping to Germany = 650 pound sterling.
Now I am thinking again...

In the other direction it would only be 27 €.
Brexit - what a splendid idea.

They use DHL which is ridiculously expensive for shipping from GB to EU.

Add to that at least 19% VAT + 18 EUR handling fee for DHL, which comes to a total of around 790 gbp. Still a good price.

By the way, Aero charges 27.50 gbp shipping costs. Also DHL Express.

Maybe aero doesn't use DHL. I checked the prices on their (DHL) UK website and they are eye-watering.
Giving the cost of living crises over there, the brits probably don't think much of it.

You are right. Where did you found these prices?
When I was looking up the DHL prices for a large (60x60x40) and heavy parcel they quoted 83 quid.

Maybe they subsidise their shipping fees

Exactly lol. I do feel like it's a bit floppy but at the same time that floppiness is probably the reason why I wear the jacket as much as I do. It's very easy wearing.
