Ah thanks man. That’s big praise after your previous post.
You wear all your jackets well man. Your j106 was beautiful and fit perfectly as well. I certainly meant no offense to fans of the style but I didn't state that either.Oh wow, thanks ton.
I certainly didn’t take offense at your or any comments from people who don’t like A-2s.You wear all your jackets well man. Your j106 was beautiful and fit perfectly as well. I certainly meant no offense to fans of the style but I didn't state that either.
Wouldn’t mind another d-pocket some day soon...Your j106 was beautiful and fit perfectly as well.
you really haven't a clue about A2s do you.Yeah, back seems a lot roomier than the front. Safe to say we can see what the first bloke wasn't happy with it. I'm not sure what's gone on here but that real deal looks like a real mess to me

Apparently I'm as clueless as the Op (who's now offloading) and the bloke before him.
Full us in young man!
Oh wow, thanks ton.
I believe this is a G-1 but this is Gav's take on the style:I need to see this mythic beast.
You naysayers are nuts! The A-2 is sexy as hell. Dark seal with red knits. Get out.
The G-1 is a much more flattering design overall by a long shot. Unless you go Eastman Slender most of the A-2 look way too baggy making you look overweight even when you're skinny.
It is exaggerated by the fact that people wear these with slim trousers when pilots wore them with wide leg dress trousers with a crease on them.
Beyond the collar what's the main difference
